Cleaning \/ Washing conditions<\/b><\/p>\n

Tank cleaning of vehicles transporting fluids is only performed if they are completely empty. If there are residues in the tank, it is the duty of the customer or their driver to inform the service provider\u2019s cleaning personal before cleaning is started. If there are residues in the tank according to the customer or the driver, a joint inspection will be carried out.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

Based on the information provided by the customer or his driver regarding the last transported product, the service provider will use all necessary cleaning agents for the tank cleaning based on his experience to ensure flawless provision of the tank for the next cargo. The customer confirms the information provided about the last loaded product by signing and presenting the freight documents.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

No liability will be accepted for the cleanliness of the tank, of the discharges, of the sliders, of the valves or any other components of the transport container. The customer or their driver must inspect the transport container including all other components that come into contact with the cargo at the service provider\u2019s company site immediately after cleaning. Any complaints must be recorded in writing on the cleaning order sheet immediately.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

If this is not done, all liability on the part of the service provider is excluded. Liability of the service provider is also excluded even if the complaint has been recorded immediately in writing, if the customer removes the transport container from the service provider\u2019s company site before the service provider has accepted the inadequate cleaning and performed a further post-cleaning. These cleaning conditions remain fully applicable in case of the post-cleaning unless otherwise provided in the following provisions.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

The service provider\u2019s warranty is limited to re-cleaning provided liability rests with them. If the cleaning is accepted as adequate and approved by the customer or if it fails for reasons not attributable to the service supplier, any subsequent cleaning requested by the customer must be paid for by the customer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Any warranty is excluded if the customer or their driver proposes or determines another cleaning, especially a cleaning of shorter duration as specified by the service provider\u2019s cleaning personal.<\/p>\n

Liability for damages is excluded - except in cases of intent.<\/p>\n

Vehicle exterior wash<\/b><\/p>\n

For all exterior washes, the service provider does not accept any liability for damage to the lacquer, antenna, mirrors or protruding parts, or for freezer or water damage to the cargo and vehicle interior.<\/p>

The performed cleaning is a service and consequently must be paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice without deduction.<\/p>\n

If any of these cleaning conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the others will not be affected.
