Washing
In our outdoor wash center, all sizes of vehicles are washed.
With pleasure, we also carry out special and extraordinary washes, please feel free to contact us.
The main wash is carried out by the 3-brush system, while the post-cleaning of areas which are difficult to access is performed manually by our wash center team.
Cleaning
In our state-of-the-art wash centre, we do not only perform the cleaning for the chemistry industry, but also for the food and animal feed industry. After cleaning, an ECD is issued.
Food and animal feed trucks are cleaned on two separate cleaning tracks in our new cleaning hall. Chemical cleaning is performed in our wash and dry cleaning hall which is equipped with an exhaust extraction system.
Our facility uses 16 spray nozzles and the latest state-of-the-art technology.
According to your requirements, we can also provide drying, steam and chemical disinfection as well as various hygiene tests after cleaning.
We have a special permission for many loading companies. Please feel free to contact us if needed.
Drivers can also clean and dry the interior of their vehicles (silo dump trucks) themselves at three separate outdoor washing bays. Here, the drivers receive a cleaning confirmation – but not an ECD!
We also offer the heating up of products in tank container trucks using steam or electricity power in a dedicated hall. If needed, advance written registration is necessary.

Our contribution to the environment
The company BAUER TRUCK CENTER recognises the importance of preventing plastics (granulate, flakes and powder) from entering to the environment and commits to the implementation of the Operation Clean Sweep (OCS) programme.
Since May 2023, we have been a certified OCS-programme partner in accordance with the SQAS assessment. We kindly ask our partners to join this programme too.
Refuelling
You can get diesel, AdBlue and engine oil at the AS24 petrol station.

At Daimler str. 11, you can fill up with diesel and AdBlue via Tankpool 24. For information on prices and customer cards, please contact Richter Pool Petrol Stations (the petrol station is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week).
Repair service
Our repair shop offers a wide range of repair and maintenance services for common vehicle brands.
We specialise in repair of tarpaulins and tanks as well as special-purpose vehicles. We also offer stainless steel and aluminium welding among other services.
We are service partner of TIP, EBTS, Goodyear and Krone.
Our range of services includes regular in-house safety inspections, tachograph testing and air conditioning service.

Parking
Our spacious parking areas are available for our customers as extra service.
On the other hand, the parking areas can also be booked via Travis, Bosch, Snap or Kravag. You are also welcome to pay for the parking directly with us.
The driver’s room which is equipped with beverage and coffee dispenser as well as a restroom / shower is available 24/7.
